Project description: For our final project of the semster, we were allowed to find a probelm in our daily lives and find a solution to it. We were either allowed to laser cut or 3d print and i chose to 3d print.
Problem: Whenever i went to charge my ipad or my phone, all my chargers were a mess and it took forever to untangle and find them. So i came up with the idea of coming up with a wire organizer thing.
brainstorm/design: i thought up of a design, where all the wires and chargers are put on a connector, so it wont get messy.
This my first design on fusion 360
This is the 3d printed version of my first prototype.
This is my second design/prototype.
This is my final prototype/design, being acitvely used as shown.
Reflection:
Soul
S(strength): A strength that i had on this project was evenly dividing my time on days with a lot f work times and days with little to no work time.
O(opportunity): I should've printed earlier, since i printed pretty late and didn't have lots of time for adjustments.
U(understanding): Throughout the project, i realized that making and printing my design was harder than i thought so i had to persevere thought it.
L(limitations): Some limitations i had throughout this project is mainly the lack of time. This project felt really rushed, and i feel like if i had more time i can make a better design/project.
WISCR
W: overall i think i was pretty well rounded on this project. I desgined my project with not alot of errors in fusion 360. I also understood to make the pieces thicker so they wouldnt fall off or break like my last 3d printing project.
I: I had to figure out how to use my time affectively though the few remaining classes we had. I also had to overcome problems like the the holes being too big or too small etc.
