Tutoring is available on a drop-in basis on weekdays and weekends for any student in grades K-12. Tutors are happy to help students complete their homework or get some extra instruction on a variety of subjects. In many locations, bilingual tutors are available and can work with parents and caregivers, for whom English is not their first language, to assist with their child’s online learning requirements.

UNLV School of Dental Medicine and LIBERTY Dental Plan of Nevada joined to create a children’s dental prevention clinic that provides free preventive oral health services to children throughout southern Nevada. During the appointment, each patient will receive a screening examination to assess his or her oral health and identify any immediate care needs, as well as two bitewing radiographs. If appropriate, the patient will then receive a fluoride varnish application and dental sealants. The dentist will share recommendations with the parent for additional or follow-up care.
