Thank you for showing interest in our band program. The Pinecrest Academy Cadence Band program was founded in 2016 and it set in motion a plan to grow into one of the premier band programs in the Southern Nevada region. With the focus on whole student growth, the program uses instrument instruction as a vessel to teach life skills and create highly successful members of society as they grow beyond our program all while creating a love for the arts. Instrumental music fosters growth in individuals that translates to many other areas of academics and community involvement. Each student, through the program's instruction, will be provided the skills to be self-sufficient, highly self-disciplined, and community conscious.

​Our goal is to create positive experiences for our students. To achieve this we must supply the students with not only the opportunities for growth, but the tools needed to reach that goal. Each year will be measured, as well as celebrated, from the individual efforts of each student, how their growth positively affects our program, and how that effort impacts our community as a whole.
