FULL TIME TEAM

JD is a Ruston, LA native who attended camp at the Pine Cove Woods his whole life. He never worked on summer staff at Pine Cove because he was busy playing football, collegiately at LSU and professionally with the Kansas City Chiefs. He has a wife, Alli (or “Pro-Throw”), who worked on summer staff at the Woods, a daughter, Lily, who loves princesses and unicorns, a son, Levi, who loves balls and trucks, and a baby girl, Izzy, who loves life and her older siblings! As excited as JD is to tell a good dad joke, he’s even more excited to see campers and staffers leave camp looking more like Christ!

Addi is a 2025 Texas A&M graduate from Frisco, Texas! Addi came to the Ranch summer 2023, worked 2 summers on staff, and became the Women's Director last year - Ranch girl through and through! She loves all things Sound of Music, collegiate dance, and mystery novels- and is accepting recs at all times!! Addi's dream job is sharing the Gospel with middle school campers and growing with college students, so she is right where she belongs and can't wait to spend the summer with each of you!

Amber is a Texas Tech grad from Fort Worth, Texas, and Pine Cove has been part of her story for a long time. She grew up coming to camp—from the Towers all the way through the Shores—and later spent four summers on Pine Cove City staff as a Counselor, Senior Counselor, and Program Director. She’s happiest outside playing sports with friends, and if there’s something going on, she’s always down to hang. She enjoys shopping at Old Navy, going to the lake, and walking her golden retriever, Hudson. This past year, Amber went through the Forge Residency Program through Pine Cove, and now she’s pumped to be on the Ranch team as the Women’s Director.

Graham is a 2025 Clemson graduate from Sumter, South Carolina. He has been working summer staff at Pine Cove since summer 2023, where he worked his first summer at Pine Cove Springs, and worked two more summers after that. This is also where he met his now fiancé Emily! Graham is always dowm to do anything active-- he loves hooping, playing golf, running some pickleball, and really anything outside. Graham spent this past year in the Forge, Pine Cove's Postgrad Discipleship Program, and could not be more excited to be joining the Ranch team for Summer 2026!
