AutoCAD: Polyline Advanced

Objective

For this assignment you will be working on straight lines, and polylines. A polyline is a connected sequence of line segments created as a single object. You can create straight line segments, arc segments, or a combination of the two.

Instructions

Step 1

Choose a Minor League Baseball team logo with a minimum of 2 colors.

Step 2

Save the team logo, Drag and drop, or copy/paste the reference photo into AutoCAD

Step 3

Scale your reference image to 10.

Change your line color to something you will be able to see well

step 5

Trace each individual color using the polyline tool

Check Rubric and Submit assignment into the correct google classroom assignment

Rubric

35 pts Polyline: Student used the polyline commands to create straight and curved lines. The lines match the reference photo. Student used a reference photo that has a minimum of 2 colors.

5pts Scale: Student scaled the reference photo to 10

5pts Perseverance: student worked diligently to complete the assignment.

5pts Submit: (1) Submit a screenshot of your reference photo and CAD drawing. The reference photo should not be overlapping the CAD drawing. (2) Also submit your DWG file
