Instructions: Using the provided files, you will demonstrate your knowledge of Adobe Photoshop by executing the tasks below to create an image identical to the example given.

1. Download the “student task” image. This is the file where you will construct your quiz. Use the blank space provided.

2. Download all of the provided images.

4. Demonstrate your knowledge of the following tools and techniques:

• Match the color of the “Urban landscape” image to the example

• Isolate the orangutan from its background using SELECT AND MASK

• BLEND the “Urban Landscape” and “Lumberjack” images together.

• REPLACE the lumberjack’s shirt with the pattern

• Use a BLENDING MODE to show details of the shirt through ‘pattern’

5.  When you have completed the above steps, your image should be identical to the example provided (without the green outlined grass ‘watermark’).

6. Save your work in .psd format. Submit your .psd file and a screen shot
