Late HW- If an assignment is late, points may be reduced by no more than 5% a school day and no more than 25% total. If the work is not completed by the date in which the 25% reduction would be reached or 5 days after, whichever comes first, the coursework may be assigned a grade of a 0. Late penalties are applied after the assignment is graded.

Currently working on:
Regents students are working on our last unit! We are taking a look at the effects of technology on the adolescent brain. Students will be constructing an argument essay by the end of the unit.
Honor students are working on reading the novel Lyddie by Katherine Paterson. We will be focusing on reading on this essential question: At what point does the cost of "getting ahead" become too high for the human spirit?
