To Update and Verify Your Existing Account
Click “Register/Login” on the upper right of your screen. If you have forgotten your password, click “forgot password” and follow the prompts to reset. You will need the original email address that you used to create your account. Make sure to check your spam inbox. If you aren’t sure what email address you used or no longer have access, email inquiries@pimed.com for further assistance.
If you haven't been to the site within the last 6 months, after you log in, the Profile page will pop up and ask you to verify/update your information. After you do this, click Save at the bottom of the page. To fill in your Professional Information, update your password, or other personal information, click on “Account” on the top right of your screen, then click “Profile”
If you get a message that your birthdate is incorrect, go to your account page and clear the fourth box down under Login Information. It should then show “Date of Birth(mm/dd)” and you can enter the correct information.
**If you have a PowerPak account, you can use that login on CME University.
Finding Activity/Obtaining your Certificate:
1. Return to the Home page to search for the course ID in the box at the top labeled "Claim CME Credits: Post Test/Evaluation".
2. Click on the title.
3. Select Credit Type.
4. Fill out post-test and/or evaluation.
5. View certificate.
Your certificate will remain in your history on CME University and is accessible and available to reprint any time by logging into your account and going to My History.
How to Locate a Lesson for Credit Claiming:
You should have received a code from the educational content provider. Enter the code in the far left search bar “Claim CME Credits: Post Test/Evaluation.” If you do not have the code, you can attempt to search by partial title. If you are still unable to find the course, please contact the educational content provider. For ACLS courses, do NOT search by title, it can only be accessed by code obtained from educational content provider.
