• Do not search for these courses by title if you are trying to claim credit on CME University, they are only available by course code, which must be obtained from our education partner, the organization in which you completed the course through

• If you don't know the course code, please contact the organization you took the course through

• We are only the CME/CE credit provider, we do not provide your certification or recertification card

• The date on your CME certificate is system generated, it only indicates the date you claimed your CME credit

• The issue and expiration dates are located on your card, which will be provided from the organization you took the course through
