All meals are free for SDPC students until December 31st but PCVA students must fill out this form to request meals for each week. We will provide 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches every Monday to be picked up at your home school between 9am and 1pm.
PCVA Questions and Concerns: below there are 3 forms ( 1 for each level) for parents to report any questions or concerns that you may have about a specific class or PCVA as a whole. Your responses will be viewed by the PCVA Administration team, building principals and the PCVA contact person in each school. Once we receive your question, someone will follow up with you as soon as possible. Please include the best ways to contact you so that we can respond in a timely manner.
