This innovative project brings together Maricopa faculty and students to co-create lesson assignments that increase awareness and explore the issues of health inequities in our communities. The resulting lesson assignments will represent a diverse collection of open education resources (OER) regarding health, wellness, and nutrition for integration across the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) curriculum.
