Classroom Challenge: As a class, create a graphic organizer of the different colored fruits and veggies that students enjoy eating. If possible, bring in a fruit or vegetable for students to taste!

Message to Students: Remember to stay hydrated throughout the day. It helps you focus and learn new things. Choose water and other beverages like 100% juice and low-fat milk.
Classroom Challenge: Help students create goals and track their daily water intake using this water tracker. At the end of the week, review as a class and discuss students progress towards goals.
Go and Grow with Healthy Drinks Lesson: Kindergarten through second grade students will learn about healthy drink options and be able to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy choices.
