Students building sets for Oklahoma.
In addition to regular visits to the neighboring museum at La Salle University, Central High School has a unique relationship with the Barnes Foundation. Both of these institutions help to enrich our art students’ education with a strong foundation in art history.
Additionally our art students receive numerous scholarships for workshops at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, University of the Arts, Moore College of Art & Design, Studio Incamminati, Tyler School of Art and Arcadia University. Please see the "Opportunities" page for current information.
Students at Central High School have the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular clubs that include Set Design, The Mirror, and Origami. There is also a special Stage Crew homeroom dedicated to supporting all performances and events that take place in our auditorium.
