We celebrate "Memories with Mom" a special time where we not only say thank you to the women who play an important role in our lives, but we also encourage our scholars to spend some time and make memories with their mothers.
Dr. Validia Giddens was our guest speaker, and our kindergarten students, Trinity Terry, Marcus Branch, Alex Owino, and Morgan Parks, performed "Don't you worry, 'Bout a thing," by Stevie Wonder.
Teacher Appreciation Week
A special thanks to the PTA and the Administration of PHCSE for Teachers Appreciation week, May 6-10. To kick off the week the PTA treated the staff and teachers with breakfast to start the day. Through the week, the Administration subbed for teachers to give teachers time away from the classroom.
Volunteer Celebration
As the committee chair of the Parent Choice Committee, I would like to take a minute to THANK YOU for helping to make this year a success! We would not be where we are without the help of all of you! Our staff and students are truly lucky to have the support from our parents, guardians, and community!
Have an amazingly fun and safe summer! I will look forward to continuing to work with all of you for the 2019/2020 school year!
Sincerely,
Nicole Dickinson
School Counselor and Social Worker
Field Day
The day before the last day of school is always a fun day for students and staff, because it's Field Day. Field Day is hosted by the PTA and it is truly a fun day to cut loose and have fun after a year of hard work.
Although it rained on Field Day, that did not stop the students from having fun!
