Monday - finish communication notes
Tuesday - Start career presentation
Wednesday - Field trip
Thursday - Friday: Finish and present career presentation
April 6-10:
Monday - Present career presentations
Tuesday - Wrap up presentations; start JA Finance Park: Income lessons
Wednesday - Friday - Continue Finance Park lessons. There will be no homework; everything will be done in class. Students should work on memorizing home addresses to fill out a sample W-4 form.
April 13-17:
This week we will be working our way through the JA Finance Park unit on Debit and Credit. Work will be done in class except in case of absence or lack of class time.
April 20-24:
Monday - Savvy shopper game (reviews debit and credit use) in class
Tuesday - Unit review and quiz over credit and debit
Wednesday - Friday - Reintroduction to sewing/our sewing machines. Work will be done in class all week except in case of absence or lack of time.
April 27-May 1:
Monday - Friday: Start/work on backpack sewing project. All work will be done in class.
May 4-8:
Monday: Students will continue work on their backpacks
Tuesday: We will bake cookies for our Finance Park field trip.
Wednesday: Finance Park field trip
Thursday - Friday: Continue work on backpack. All work will be done in class this week.
May 11-15:
Monday: Students will continue work on their backpacks
Tuesday: Last day for everyone to sew for AM classes. PM classes will be helping with prep for the teacher appreciation lunch.
Wednesday: AM classes will be helping prep for the teacher appreciation lunch. Last day for everyone to sew for PM classes.
Thursday: Mac and cheese demo
