Title I Parents,
We are so excited to be sharing the love of reading with your child and to show them books truly take you places!
We are going to be posting reading adventures for your child's learning and enjoyment. Our first topic will be "Chocolate". There will be books to listen to, recipes, information about the history of chocolate and more...
Look for more exciting topics to explore later this spring. Go click on the Reading Adventures page and let your child's adventure begin!
We will also feature various authors. Our first featured author is Eric Carle! Check out his story and books. Talk with your child regarding what you notice about his illustrations and style of writing. He may even inspire your child to write a story of his/her own!
Additionally, there will be a list of websites by topic and grade level that you can use as a resource as desired.
You will also be able to find the K-5 lesson plans for the division. There are options to hopefully meet the needs of all learners.
Our email addresses can be found under the Reading Specialists tab. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
