Students in kindergarten will be working on building their pattern vocabulary in duple and triple meter, major and minor tonal patterns. They will also build their confidence in improvising by creating different movements to our songs and activities during our class.

Students in first grade are continuing to build their pattern vocabulary in duple and triple meter, major, minor and modal tonalities. They are continuing to build their confidence in improvising by creating different movements to our songs and activities during music classes.

Students in second are continuing to build their pattern vocabulary in duple and triple meter, major, minor and modal tonalities. They are continuing to build their confidence in improvising by creating different movements to our songs and activities during music classes. We are slowly starting to identify tonic and dominant tonal functions in major tonalities.
