When submitting your electronic field trip packet to Ms. Maria, please name the file with the following naming convention: "Grade Level_Field Trip_Date"
Fill out this Field Trip Packet.
Put your field trip documents in your grade level field trip folder.
Submit all COMPLETE field trip packets to Ms. Maria for review and approval at least 6 weeks before the trip.
All monies must be submitted online.
Provide the school nurse and the cafeteria manager with the list of students attending the trip as soon as possible. Notify the cafeteria manager of any students who will need a bag lunch for the field trip.
