PGCPS Promotion Policy

PGCPS Regulation Placement, Promotion, Acceleration, and Retention of Students, requires that high school students earn 5 credits each year in order to be promoted, including specific required credits in English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies, as indicated in the chart below.
