1st and 4th Grade Students MUST complete a Personal Education Plan (PEP). A “Personal Education Plan” (PEP) is an online planning tool for students that begins in elementary school and continues through high school. The Personal Education Plan helps students plan for high school graduation and college and/or their desired career. This plan is developed collaboratively with the student, parent/guardian and professional school counselor. Together they discuss and record the student’s academic strengths, school classes, interests, post-secondary options, and extracurricular activities. The PEP also introduces career clusters and connects the students’ skills, strengths, and hobbies to career possibilities.
