Financial Aid Information
We understand that going to college can be an expensive investment. Most students cannot afford to attend a college, university, or trade school without the help of some type of financial aid. There are multiple ways to pay for college such as FAFSA, MSFAA, Scholarships, etc
FAFSA
Complete your FAFSA Application!
ALL eligible seniors that are continuing their education after graduation should fill out the FAFSA. The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. This your opportunity to sign up for and receive financial aid from the government to help pay for college.
Although the deadline to receive aid from the State of Maryland is March 1, we suggest completing this online form as soon after Financial Aid Night as possible. The earlier you turn in your forms, the more likely you will be to receive aid.

MSFAA
The Maryland State Financial Aid Application, also known as MSFAA, is another financial aid application similar to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The MSFAA is different from FAFSA because it allows undocumented students who are eligible for in-state tuition to apply for various State financial aid grants and scholarships.
Undocumented students, including DACA students are eligible to complete the MSFAA if:
Not eligible to complete the FAFSA
Eligible for In-state tuition:
3 years of taxes
Attended Maryland high school
Graduated from Maryland high School or with GED
If all of these checklist points apply to you, then you are probably eligible to fill out the MSFAA.
