2-Step Verification is a security process that requires two forms of identification for logon; your password and verification code.
Employees should follow the steps below to enable 2-Step Verification to access your PGCPS Google (include Gmail) account. Students aren't impacted by this change.
Use your PGCPS Google account to access the resources.
Information below should not be accessible outside of PGCPS, including on social media or other public sites.
Protect your private PGCPS information.

Sign in to your google account
Go to myaccount.google.com - or - from Mail, click your Profile icon, then select Manage your Google account.
Click Security on the menu
Click 2-Step Verification
Choose a second verification step - Duo Authenticator.
Follow the instructions to complete the setup
Once complete, a green checkmark indicates a successful setup
