Absence Management

Frontline Absence Management is an online application that allows teachers to submit requests for substitutes. A teacher creates a leave request in Oracle, which is then transferred to Absence Management. Substitutes can then log in, search for, and accept new open jobs as they become available. 

Frontline Campus User rights provide users with the ability to manage substitutes and generate reports for the school. This school-based role is determined and requested by the principal at each school using this form. Training is highly recommended to be successful as a campus user. The form should be resubmitted as staffing or roles change within the school. The principal and staff member will receive an email confirmation when the rights have been assigned.

The substitute school hours listed in Absence Management impact the available times that the substitutes see when they are accepting assignments at the schools, and when the substitutes arrive for work and complete the assignment. Any adjustments to the substitute school hours must be requested by the school principal only using this form. Only requests submitted by principals will be acknowledged. The principal will receive an email confirmation when the request has been completed.
