The Prince George's County Infants and Toddlers Program is housed at Judy Hoyer Early Childhood Center in Cheverly, MD, but is mainly a home-based program. For this standard, I was able to participate in several meetings such as a medical assistance billing meeting. This meeting focused on one of the ways the program receives funding and how providers completing information can impact program funding. I also attended a development meeting for a new local database. This new database will allow the program to store all of a student's information in one central location and also allow for a parent portal so that families are able to access their child's information. My most time-consuming task during the internship included maintaining the initial evaluation calendar and sign-ups for afterhours evaluations.
