Standard 5- Community of Care and Support for Students

In the Prince George's County Infants and Toddlers Program, our students are the families of the children enrolled in our program. To support a community of care for families, I proposed that the program return to in home initial evaluations so that children are evaluated in their natural environment instead of an unfamiliar environment. I also assisted with setting up evaluation spaces in our office to accomodate the need for older students to participate in standardized evaluations.
