Welcome to the 9th Grade Academy, where every Eagle begins their high school journey. Our mission is to help all freshmen make a confident and successful transition into high school—academically, socially, and personally.
The 9th Grade Academy is a dedicated learning community built on strong relationships, personalized support, and high expectations. Our team of teachers, counselors, and staff works together to ensure every student is known, challenged, and supported as they develop the skills needed for long-term success.

How the academy works
Students in the 9th Grade Academy are supported by a dedicated team of teachers, a school counselor, and the 9th Grade Transition Teacher who collaborate daily to monitor progress, provide interventions, and celebrate growth.

Eagle Hour Tutoring for personalized academic support
Academic Success Sessions to help students recover credit and improve performance
Advisory and Transition Programming that build study habits, time management skills, and social-emotional wellness
