WELLNESS IN WHAT WE DO

Wellness...what does that mean to you? Do you consider yourself to be well? Are you actively pursuing wellness as a goal?

Well (pun intended), if it's something you haven't thought about before, we're about to go on a journey together to help us learn more about & focus on our total well-being. Check back each week/Wednesday for our exploration in wellness as it relates to our various curricula:

Wellness in Music

Wellness in Relationships; Learning About Other/Cultures

Wellness in What We Eat

etc...

If you have a topic you'd like to see represented, just let us know. Remember, participation in the wellness is optional & informational. Feel free to use what you can, when you can.
