Teacher Prep Students
All Cooperating teachers should have been contacted by now. However, a few students have not yet made initial contact, and due dates will not be extended since AHS placements were prioritized this semester.
Remember to send emails during school hours and not on the weekend.
When emailing Cooperating Teachers, be sure to CC your professor on all messages.
Be sure to check the "Sent" email that went to the teacher for a response, because some students are stating it does not show up in their Inbox.
TED 2001 ONLY-Contracts for the first placement WERE due by February 9th, this date was extended.
TED 2301 ONLY-Contracts ARE due by February 13th, this date was extended.
You cannot print the contracts and have the cooperating teacher sign them manually.
You cannot send links to the cooperating teacher for the contract; it must be completed electronically by the student, and the system will automatically send it to the teacher for their signature.
When completing the Contract use NA in the boxes that you are not using to identify your Observation dates

Important Reminder
Fieldwork Contracts must be submitted before you begin observing at your placement. Contracts must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
While Canvas displays the final submission deadline, you must follow the 24-hour submission requirement and may not begin your placement until the contract has been submitted in Canva
