REGISTRATION


To Enter

AGREEMENT AND CONSENT: entering into the Championship, you acknowledge and agree to all rules, policies, and procedures herein, including but not limited to:

  • COVID-19 Competition Modifications, including competition removal for any player developing symptoms and testing positive;

      • Please Note: Players will not be tested unless they develop COVID-19 symptoms.

  • an assumption of the risks associated with the Championship, including risks related to communicable disease; and

  • all other Rules, Policies, and Conditions of Entry.

Eligibility

All contestants must have qualified through a PGA Section Championship or have been granted an exemption into the field. All contestants are subject to the eligibility requirements:

  • Player must be eighteen (18) years of age or younger on the final day of the Championship (July 30, 2021). Players must be amateurs as defined by the USGA and my not be full-time college students.

Entry Deadline

Wednesday, June 2, 2021:

  • For Players that received an exemption on or before May 3, 2021.

Wednesday, June 30, 2021:

  • For Players that received an exemption on or before June 3, 2021

Friday, July 17, 2021:

  • For Players that received an exemption after June 3, 2021


Entry Fee

$50 entry fee with a credit card (non-refundable)

On-site Contestant Registration

CONTESTANTS MUST REGISTER FOR THE 45TH GIRLS JUNIOR PGA CHAMPIONSHIP PRIOR TO PLAYING THEIR FIRST PRACTICE ROUND.

CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION WILL BE HELD IN THE VALHALLA CLUB HOUSE.

Photo: Please have your hair nicely groomed without a hat on and be prepared to have a photo taken upon your arrival at registration.

Location: Valhalla club house.

  • Sunday, July 25

    • 7:00am - 4:30pm

  • Monday, July 26

    • 7:00am - 12:00pm

Extension: If you will be arriving late, please notify Joe Ellis at 561.268.8073 to request an extension & secure your place in the field.

How To Withdraw

Notify PGA: If you must withdraw from the Championship, please advise us as soon as possible, so that we may inform the next alternate of the spot.

Alternates

  • Openings caused by the withdrawal or non-entry of any of the 45th Girls Junior PGA Championship players who qualified to play in the Girls Junior PGA Championship through exemptions A-2, A-3, or A-4 will be filled exclusively from an alternate list determined by the section where that player qualified.

  • Openings caused by the withdrawal or non-entry of any of the 45th Girls Junior PGA Championship players who earned entry through exemptions A-1, B, C, D or E in the Girls Junior PGA Championship, will be filled exclusively from an alternate list determined by the Championship Committee.

  • Any withdrawal after Saturday, July 24th will be filled using an on-site alternate list created by the Championship Committee. On-site alternates must check-in with the tournament office to receive information of his status. The tournament office will open at 6:00 a.m.
