The Ryder Cup has become one of the world’s greatest sporting events. Every two years, 24 of the best players from Europe and the United States go head-to-head in match play competition. Drama, tension, incredible golf, camaraderie and sportsmanship are served in equal measure, captivating an audience of millions around the world. It’s an event that transcends sport, yet remains true to the spirit of its founder, Samuel Ryder.
Opened for play in 1936, the Black Course at Bethpage State Park was designed by legendary architect A.W. Tillinghast, who was a guest at an exploratory meeting of The PGA of America in January, 1916. Bethpage Black will host the Ryder Cup for the very first time in 2025 joining Oak Hill Country Club as the only New York courses to host a Ryder Cup.
As part of the PGA of America’s mission to grow interest and participation in golf, juniors aged 15 and under are admitted free to the Ryder Cup grounds on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Here are the key details:
Each ticketed adult may bring up to two juniors per day at no additional cost.
Junior admission tickets are available on-site at the Ticket Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of attendance.
Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and are available even if the Ryder Cup is sold out.
No registration is required.
Junior tickets do not grant access to private hospitality areas or clubs (including the International Pavilion).
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, all juniors must have a paid ticket to enter the grounds, as complimentary admission is not available.
Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket to enter the Ryder Cup.
NOTE: A junior grounds ticket will NOT provide access to any hospitality or private area at the 2025 Ryder Cup
Upon request, Private Chalets and Empire Suites are permitted to bring in a professional camera and/or photographer throughout Ryder Cup Week; photos may only be taken within the Private Chalet or Empire Suite, no on-course, contestant, or exterior photos may be taken. Camera credentials will be distributed in September of 2025.
Smoking is prohibited on, or inside any temporary structure including, but not limited to, Hospitality Venues, Designated Viewing Areas, and Shops/Concessions. Spectators are permitted to smoke on the grounds of the 2025 Ryder Cup. When smoking, individuals should abide by spectator etiquette, and be mindful of those around them; individuals should take proper care to dispose of any used smoking products when finished.
The PGA of America reserves the rights to refuse and confiscate any parking passes that are being used incorrectly.

Grounds & Hospitality tickets will be delivered digitally by our ticketing provider, SeatGeek, and available for distribution to all purchasers in August 2025.
Yes, purchasers will be able to transfer digital tickets to others after tickets have been delivered and before the Ryder Cup. Each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once for admission, no same-day re-entry is permitted.
There will be no daily re-entry to the grounds. If you leave the grounds, you must have an unscanned ticket to return to the 2025 Ryder Cup. Once your ticket has been scanned, it will no longer provide admission. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs have been posted.
