When sending a "You're Invited to the 2025 Ryder Cup" email invitation, a few items to include/consider: What day(s) guest is invited? How many tickets will be offered? Does the invitation include Juniors? What is the deadline for the guest to RSVP (before you move to the next guest on the wait list)?
FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION
For those who RSVP "Yes", an additional email might include: request the name(s) of any guests, include when tickets will be distributed, request for shirt/outerwear size, if there is a need for accommodations, any special invitations (golf or company dinner), etc.
COMPANY CONTACT INFORMATION
We recommend including your contact information should a guest need your assistance, you may choose to designate a specific individual(s) to send out guest communications, track RSVPs, manage the master guest list, etc.
