Schedule your shipment online at www.shipsticks.com/ryder-cup, choose your pickup location (airbnb, hotel, etc.), and select your travel dates. Pack your luggage as you would for normal airline travel.
PICK UP & SHIP
Your assigned courier will collect your items during the arranged pickup window and ship them directly to your destination. If shipping from a hotel, please leave your luggage with the concierge desk. If shipping from an airbnb, please leave your luggage outside the front door if you won’t be home (and only if you feel comfortable doing so). Dropping your luggage off at a local carrier store is always an option.
TRACK & RECEIVE
Track your shipment online using the tracking ID provided. You will be notified when your items are in transit and delivered. Everything’s handled so you can focus on the Ryder Cup, not baggage.
Does my luggage need to be in a box?
No box required, your luggage will ship safely in the bag itself.
Do I need to print the shipping label?
Book your shipment by September 22nd, 2025 and we’ll mail your shipping labels directly to the origin address on your order—no printing required. When should I schedule my shipment?
We recommend scheduling your shipment as early as possible, but bookings can be made up until 12:00pm for same-day pickup.
Who is picking up and delivering my shipment?
Pickup and delivery are handled by our logistics partners, with your shipping label showing the assigned carrier.
How much does it cost?
Shipping rates are based on your bag’s weight, the shipment’s destination, and the selected transit speed. As a special offer to you, we’re extending a 20% discount that is automatically applied at checkout.
Is there a weight limit for my bag?
We offer multiple weight categories ranging from 25 lbs. to 65 lbs. that can be chosen during the booking process.
