WHAT TO EXPECT: EMPIRE SUITE PURCHASERS

• Meeting Flow: Your Company will pre-select a meeting session where you will hear from our PGA of America Staff as well as the following PGA Service Partners: Décor, Food & Beverage, Dual-Logo Merchandise, Private Shuttle Transportation, Executive Car Service, Helicopter Service, Private Home Rental, Hotel Accommodations, & Championship Advertising. 

• Meeting Duration: Allow approximately ninety (90) minutes for the meeting; please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time. We recommend allowing additional travel time due to road construction in the area.  

• Miscellaneous: Dress for the meeting is business casual. Refreshments and snacks will be provided. Bring anyone at your company who will be involved with the management of your hospitality, as these meetings will be very informative. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: CHALET PURCHASERS

• Meeting Flow: Your Company will pre-select a time to meet individually (in 30 minute intervals) with the following PGA Service Partners: Décor, Food & Beverage, Dual-Logo Merchandise, Private Shuttle Transportation, Executive Car Service, Helicopter Service, Private Home Rental, Hotel Accommodations, & Championship Advertising. 

• Meeting Duration: Allow approximately three (3) hours for the meeting; due to the large number of client appointments and the need to keep everyone on schedule, please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time. We recommend allowing additional travel time due to road construction in the area.  

• Golf Cart Tour of Bethpage Black: Following your meetings, you will have the opportunity to receive a golf cart tour of the grounds and view the area where your hospitality space will be located, please allow thirty (30) minutes for the tour.  

• Miscellaneous: Dress for the meeting is business casual. Refreshments and snacks will be provided. Bring anyone at your company who will be involved with the management of your hospitality, as these meetings will be very informative.

IMPORTANT: We highly encourage you to place dual-logo merchandise orders in advance of the August 2025 deadline to allow you time to receive the merchandise and correct any unforeseen issues. All items are custom made on-demand and no items are pre-produced with the 2025 Ryder Cup logo. Therefore, lead times (approximately ~6 weeks) are extremely important to plan for even if selecting the 2025 Ryder Cup logo only.

Beginning March 2025, please submit your preferred Company Name to be displayed at your Hospitality Venue and on your digital tickets.

• PGA will only print the name of the contracted purchaser, PGA will not print third-party company names and sharing parties will be detailed accordingly in alphabetical order. 

• Company names are printed in ALL CAPS in a standard font, no slogans or logos will be printed.

All invoices will be distributed by January 17, 2024 with final payment due on March 31, 2025.

As a valued purchaser of a Private Chalet, 4 of your guests are invited to play in the "Corporate Cup" at Bethpage Black. Please note, companies sharing a Private Chalet must mutually agree on the division of participant allocation.

GUEST COUNT:

• Four (4) players permitted per 100 Guest Chalet

• Four (4) players permitted per 75 Guest Chalet

• Four (4) players permitted per 60 Guest Suite

IMPORTANT: We ask that you do not wait until the last minute to order. The deadline simply ensures a 6-week lead time for products to deliver by event week. We suggest you choose an "In Hand" date that you would like to receive items “on or before” and order 6-8 weeks prior to that. Keeping in mind the time you will need to inventory the product/prepare gift bags/ship etc.
