As a valued purchaser of premium hospitality, your company will be granted a Planner Staff Badge. This planner staff badge is intended for your company coordinator/planner to best manage your hospitality venue. While tickets are digital, the staff badge is a printed credential and should be displayed at all times while onsite for the 2025 Ryder Cup.
PLANNER STAFF BADGE PRIVILEGES:
Admission into the Ryder Cup grounds and into your hospitality venue
Food and beverage in your hospitality area, Wednesday to Sunday
Re-entry into the Ryder Cup grounds should you need to leave Bethpage Black and return at a later point in time
Entry into your hospitality venue up to thirty (30) minutes prior to all other guests
Planner Staff Badge(s) will be printed credentials and must be displayed at all times
Security clearance to bring in a laptop, camera, and necessary planning supplies (Prohibited Items).

The Planner Staff Badge, in the form provided by the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (“PGA”) or its subsidiary PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. (“PTC”) will be required to be worn at all times while onsite at Bethpage Black for the 2025 Ryder Cup. All Planner Staff Badges issued by PGA or PTC may be revoked by the PGA or PTC in their sole discretion for any reason or no reason at all. PGA/PTC is not responsible for lost or stolen Planner Staff Badges.
