We ask that you do not wait until the last minute to order. The deadline simply ensures a 6-week lead time for products to deliver by event week. We suggest you choose an In Hand Date that you would like to receive items “on or before” and order 6-8 weeks prior to that. Keeping in mind the time you will need to inventory the product/prepare gift bags/ship etc.

You will receive an email invite in late January to access the online 2024 PGA Corporate Shop and create your personal profile. The shop is ONLY for our Corporate Hospitality Purchasers (it is not open to the public). You will place your companies Order Requests for bulk orders into the shopping cart for Legends to review and confirm availability.  

You will be charged a one-time $85.00 logo set up fee for your corporate logo, this fee will be applied to your first order.

Yes, we highly encourage you to place orders in advance.  This will give you plenty of time to receive the merchandise, correct any unforeseen issues, and prepare gift bags.

Yes, we are happy to assist with orders after the deadline and post-event.  The deadline simply ensures you will receive a product by Championship Week.  Orders placed after the deadline are not guaranteed to ship prior to the Championship.

• No, you may place as many orders as you wish, as long as the minimum quantities for the product(s) are being met

• Minimum Quantities for each product are listed in the Online Corporate Shop

• Lead Times are approximately 6 weeks 

• We suggest selecting the "In Hand Date" you would like products to deliver “on or before” and ordering 6-8 weeks prior to that date

• Upload the following formats (if available) onto your profile in the online shop: JPEG, AI/EPS and DST

• List your corporate logo PMS colors on your profile in the online shop. PMS colors allow us to best match your logo colors to threads etc.

• Legends will immediately work to confirm the availability of products. If any items are not available, we will offer you comparable suggestions.

• Once all products are confirmed, Legends will produce an Order Confirmation (OC) and email it to you.  The OC will show all details of your order and will require your signature for final approval.  It is imperative you review all details of this OC very carefully.

• Once you sign and return the OC, we will then send your order into production.

Yes, once your order is placed, each vendor will create digital logo proofs within 2-3 weeks. Legends will email you the proofs for approval.

Legends Finance Department will email you an invoice shortly after you formally sign the OC. As all items are custom made upon request, we do require payment before the delivery of goods.

No, all items ordered will be delivered to your office, home, or address of your choice. This allows you to inspect logos and review inventory counts to ensure the orders placed are correct.
