When sending a "You're Invited" email invitation, a few items to be clear include: What day(s) guest is invited? How many tickets will be offered? Does the invitation include Juniors? What is the deadline for the guest to RSVP (before you move to the next guest on the wait list)?
FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION
For those who RSVP "Yes", an additional email might include: request the name(s) of any guests, when tickets will be sent, request for shirt size, if there is a need for accommodations, any special invitations (golf or company dinner), etc.
COMPANY CONTACT INFORMATION
Best to include contact information should a guest need your assistance. You may choose to designate a specific individual(s) to send out guest communications, track RSVPs and manage the master guest list.
