As a valued purchaser of a Private Chalet or Premium Suite, you and 1-3 guests are invited to play in the "Corporate Cup" at Valhalla Golf Club. Please note, companies sharing a Private Chalet or Premium Suite must mutually agree on the division of participant allocation.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Meeting Flow: Your Company will pre-select a time to meet individually (in 30 minute intervals) with the following PGA Service Partners: Décor, Food & Beverage, Dual-Logo Merchandise, Private Shuttle Transportation, Executive Car Service, Private Home Rental, Hotel Accommodations, and Championship Advertising. 

• Meeting Duration: Allow three (3) hours for the meeting.  Due to the large number of client appointments and the need to keep everyone on schedule, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time. Allow additional travel time due to road construction in the area.  

• Tour of Valhalla Golf Club: Following your meetings, you will have the opportunity to drive to Valhalla Golf Club (3 miles from Gheens Foundation Lodge) to receive a golf cart tour of the grounds and view the area where your hospitality space will be located. Please allow 30 minutes for the tour.  

• Miscellaneous: Dress for the meeting is business casual.  Refreshments and snacks will be provided.  Bring anyone at your company who will be involved with the management of your hospitality, as these meetings will be very informative.

IMPORTANT: We highly encourage you to place dual-logo merchandise orders in advance of the March 27, 2024 deadline to allow you time to receive the merchandise and correct any unforeseen issues. All items are custom made on-demand and no items are pre-produced with the 2024 PGA Championship logo. Therefore, lead times (approximately 6 weeks) are extremely important to plan for even if selecting the 2024 PGA Championship logo only.
