We continue working on moving safely in an open gym by playing tag games.
We are also starting to go outside more and play on the field and track.
We are working on Soccer and Basketball Skills.
Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
Soccer kicking, dribbling, and passing skills.
Will start working on Basketball skills.
3rd Grade - 5th Grade
Work on FitnessGram Testing.
Finish soccer skills and start playing indoor soccer.
Start Working on Basketball Skills of dribbling, shooting and passing.
"Fitness Fridays" - All grades do full-body workouts to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and stamina. Students are also being introduced to the five components of fitness - muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
After school - Badminton Club ends 3/10.
