Learning about how to take care of your body and taking the appropriate steps to be active is paramount to future student success, happiness, and health.
In PE, students will explore a variety of physical activities while learning how to stay healthy and fit. But it’s not just about movement... we also focus on building teamwork, communication, and good sportsmanship. Students will practice skills like waiting their turn, following directions, expressing both happiness and frustration in healthy ways, and resolving conflicts respectfully. Our goal is to help every child develop lifelong habits for health, fitness, and positive relationships.
