P-Tech Academies
Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) allows students to earn up to 60 tuition-free college credit hours to complete an Associates degree from Austin Community College while still in high school. Students also have the opportunity to earn industry certifications and gain work-based learning experiences from local industry partners.

Who can request enrollment (apply) for a P-TECH Academy?
All incoming 9th grade students are eligible to request enrollment in the P-TECH academies by submitting the application.
What if I want to participate in a P-TECH Academy that is not offered at my home campus?
Students will have the opportunity to transfer to the P-TECH academy campus, which will become the home campus.
Will the District provide transportation if I want to transfer in order to participate in a P-TECH Academy?
Yes, bus transportation is provided to & front the P-TECH campus at regular school hours. Transportation is not provided for out-of-district transfer students.
The P-TECH application window is open from February 1 - March 31.
