Assistant Director
I like listening to live music, Tejano, Cumbias, Norteno, and even pop. I love dancing with my wife and spending time with my family.
I am from Dallas, Texas and have been in Pfisd for one year as Assistant Director of Custodial Services.
Custodial Coordinator
My name is Sandra Madrigal, and I proudly serve as the Custodial Coordinator at Pflugerville ISD, where I’ve been a part of the team for four years. In my role, I lead our dedicated custodial staff to ensure our campuses are clean, safe, and welcoming environments for students, staff, and families. I take great pride in being a leader in this department and supporting our team’s success. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and dancing—activities that bring me joy and balance.
Preventative Maintenance Tech
Hello I am David Martinez , Custodial Preventive Maintenance for the Custodial department. I have been with Pflugerville ISD since 2010. I was given the chance to do this job after 11 years of being a floater custodian. I enjoy spending lots of time with my family and especially my granddaughter. I like working on different things and truly enjoy working. I also enjoy talking, listening and helping people.
Staffing Specialist
Hello, I'm Estella Harrison, the staffing specialist for the department. I have been with Pflugerville ISD since 2022. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, especially places to eat!
I'm always happy to listen and help however I can.

Hello, I am Primitivo Garcia, Supervisor for the custodial department. ( nickname- Primo) I have been with Pflugerville ISD since March, 2025. I'm originally from Matamoros, Mexico. Raised in Austin, Texas. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, and going to concerts.

Hi, I am Gaby Perez, custodial supervisor. I'm from El Paso, Texas, and I have been with Pflugerville ISD since 2021. I enjoy spending time with my family, and also enjoy going out to have fun with friends. I don't dance, but I love listening to music. I feel blessed to live here in Austin, Texas; it has been very welcoming.

Hello my name is Maria Alarcon, but I go by Maggie. I’m the new Custodian Supervisor for Pflugerville ISD. In my spare time I love to spend time with my Fur baby, and my husband. I have one daughter, married but still my baby. My hobbies are tv, movies, and BBQ with the family, we try to go and try new restaurants out of town just to go for a drive. I’m very excited to have started this job. There’s a lot to learn about it and I’m also here to help.

Our FIRST employee of the month is awarded to Maria Morales, Lead Custodian of Weiss High School. She was nominated for her hard work and reliability.
Additionally, Ms. Morales leads by example in tackling vacancy coverage, events and projects not just at her campus but through out the district.
We appreciate her commitment to excellence within PFISD and are truly honored to have her be a part of our department.
