Good luck in your exams Year 11! Remember keep revising till the last one. You are going to smash it!
We encourage our students to have a homework/revision timetable. At TPS, homework is revision so it is important that students keep up with the work set by their teachers. A timetable helps with this as it helps stop things being left till the last minute and improves the impact and quality of the work.
We recommend students will do about 2 hours of homework/revision a night during their GCSEs. Spacing revison out means students are much more likely to remeber the knowledge they have covered.
In the example above you can see I have mapped out clubs and activities and planned around these. This is important to help students stay organised, but it is also healthy to spend time away doing hobbies and activities we enjoy.
We work with students to build their revision timetables in school. But there is also one above which you can download and complete at home if needed.
