Revision at TPS is built around three clear stages: Know, Practice, Extend.
Know means securing information into the long-term memory so that you can recall it when needed
Practise means applying this knowledge in different situations or to difficult problems, which is often what is tested in exams.
Extend means to go beyond the basic course requirements and develop knowledge and skills that help you stand out and secure the top grades at GCSE.
At TPS, we know that these steps consistently lead to exceptional GCSE results. We know that students who follow these strategies will do well in their exams. Effective revision is the single most important action you can take to get the grades you want in Year 11.
Positive routines underpin this approach to revision.
