Failure is to be celebrated! Getting something done quickly and correctly is not confirmation of intelligence. In fact, we learn more from failure than we do success. We learn how to reflect on our process. Did we not try hard enough? Do we need a new strategy to try?

Everyone of these celebrities failed numerous times before finding success. Success does not come immediately, and it may never come if we give up. The goal may be far away, but just take the next step and continually move closer to that goal. Embrace failure and set backs. It does not mean anything other than you are on a new path to your ultimate goal.
