Mr. Randle holds a Bachelor of Music from New York University and a Master of Arts in Teaching Music Education from the University of the Arts. At NYU, Mr. Randle was selected as an Ella Fitzgerald Scholar.

In addition to teaching, Mr. Randle is a professional trombonist in the Philadelphia Area.

As an educator, Mr. Randle has taught with the Pennsbury School District since 2017. He has taught instrumental music at the Elementary, Middle, High School grade levels and has served as Associate Director with the PCJB, Jazz Ensemble, and Marching Band.
