What are the Student's Transition Goals?
Recognize the experiences and exposure that the students have to build on:
Transition Goals first start to be included in the IEP at age 14. Staff will review the most recent goals to create instructional activities and work training
Students in the Specialized Classes have the opportunity to participate in Work Based Learning Opportunities and Community Based Instruction during their years at Pennsbury High School.
Direct instruction and practice in Work Based skills are part of the MOST Program so students can arrive to their future Job Site prepared.
The MOST Program has partnered with various buildings and departments to help students transfer their workskills to work sites across Pennsbury.
