Network Etiquette as stated in the Pennsbury Student Conduct Policy's
Internet Terms and Conditions of Use
You are expected to abide by the generally accepted rules of network etiquette. These include (but are not limted to) the following:
- Be polite. Do not become abusive in your messages to others.
- Use appropriate language. Do not swear, use vulgarities or any other inappropriate language. Illegal activities are strictly forbidden.
- Do not reveal any personal information.
- Do not use the network in such a way that would disrupt the use of the network by other users.
- All communications and information accessible via the network should be assumed to be private property.
- Students have no expectation of privacy in information stored, transmitted or otherwise accessed through computer equipment and/or communication services owned, leased or otherwise provided by the School District.
- The School District has access to all such information. The School District may take disciplinary action and/or refer matters to law enforcement authorities if it appears that a student has violated School District Policy and/or applicable law.
- The School District reserves the right to monitor, track, access, and log the use of its systems at any time.
