Ready to enroll? If you register before 12/1, you will receive a $100 discount. There are three steps needed to sign up. First, complete the student application. Second, sign the Release and Agreement Form below. Email or deliver both of these completed forms to Frau DiFazio (room number is C115). The final step is to enroll and set up a payment plan on the ACIS Trip Site (our travel partner). Here is a link to ACIS.
