Chromebooks for Grades K - 2 will login to their Chromebook using the Clever Badge by clicking on the Clever Badge Login image on the screen and holding their badge up to the Chromebook Camera. To access this login screen from a personal device, click here or look for the Clever Login for Students link on the District website under Families & Students.
If the above screen is not displayed when the student powers on their Chromebook, please look for the button that says Enter Google Account Info at the bottom of the displayed screen to access the correct login screen.

The second issue, which can impact any Elementary Student, is occurring because users are attempting to login to resources with multiple accounts logged into one device or browser. This means that a program like Schoology is looking for a specific @pennsburysd.org account and instead is finding a parent's @gmail.com account, another student's @pennsburysd.org, or another account that may be logged in on that device or browser.
If you encounter an unexpected error when trying to access a page and get a message saying that the resource was "unable to authenticate" or that "access is restricted", please make sure to check to see if you have any other account logged into that device or browser. Many devices and browsers allow you to have multiple accounts at the same time, so you may be able to switch accounts instead of logging out completely.
There are times when it may be necessary to clear the browser cache and delete cookies in order to successfully login to the device. Instructions for clearing the cookies and cache from Google Chrome are below.
