Description:

The office referral categories that are available in SWIS are listed with specific definitions for problem behaviors. All categories listed in the referral form definitions are available for SWIS referral entries. Schools adopting SWIS must enter referral information in the categories provided. The category labels/definitions can not be changed within the SWIS program. 

Minor Behavior Problems: Handled by teachers during refocus; 3 Minors in the Same Behavior in a Month = Major
